As a full-service veterinary hospital, our practice offers a wide range of services for companion animals, including preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. We pride ourselves on staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and providing compassionate care to all of our patients.

As the Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow our practice while also maintaining a hands-on role in patient care. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all patients receive top-quality medical treatment and their owners are informed and involved in their pet's health decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide clinical and administrative guidance to our veterinary team.
• Facilitate professional development and skills training for DVMs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to our practice's growth strategy.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and medical excellence.
• Collaborate with our regional operations manager on strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited institution.
• Active veterinary license in Texas, in good standing.
• Preferred 5+ years of veterinary practice experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
• Dedication to the highest standards of veterinary care.
